This charming vacation home is located in the middle of a beautiful mountain landscape in San Vicente del Raspeig, a town in the province of Alicante on the Costa Blanca. The terrace offers spectacular panoramic views of the mountains, and from the roof terrace you can see Alicante and the Mediterranean Sea to the south.

The vacation villa was built in 2005 in the Mediterranean, authentic style for the Comunidad Valenciana and furnished regionally, with attention to detail - immerse yourself in your vacation with real Spanish flair! Buena Vista is an ideal vacation home all year round. The entrance area of the property offers private parking. Along the shade of the olive tree, you enter the finca. Four bedrooms (including a master bedroom with double bed and air conditioning on the upper floor and three children's bedrooms with single beds on the first floor), a large hallway, two bathrooms (on the first floor with shower, toilet & washing machine, on the upper floor with shower, toilet & bathtub), a spacious living-dining area with fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful, inviting terrace with mountain panorama offer enough space to feel comfortable and spend an unforgettable vacation. The charming garden and a private 5x3m pool complete the property. The stone seating area invites you to enjoy beautiful mornings at breakfast, social afternoon game sessions or relaxing evenings at picturesque sunset. In the garden house you will find deck chairs for sunbathing/reading/relaxing, and a parasol is available for shady breaks. All bedrooms each offer a large built-in closet for clothes etc, standing fans, like heaters for colder nights if needed. The living-dining area with open kitchen is lovingly furnished and equipped with everything you need for a vacation with family/friends. An oven with stove, a large refrigerator with freezer, a coffee maker, a toaster, a deep fryer, a waffle iron, cooking utensils and enough dishes leave nothing to be desired for culinary hours. The living-dining area also has a large dining table with six chairs and a comfortable couch landscape. In the living room there is a Smart TV, a Hi-Fi sound system and a fine games collection.

You also don't need to bring everyday items such as a hairdryer, clothes horse, enough towels (small and large) as well as bed linen, but are ready in the vacation villa.



The vacation villa is located near San Vicente del Raspeig, which offers supermarkets, restaurants, bars and leisure activities. In 15 minutes you can reach Alicante with its port, beach, old town and shopping facilities. For quieter beaches, we recommend Playa Can campello, Playa del Bol Nou, Playa del Albir or Cala Lanuza. Alicante offers culinary delights and a lively atmosphere with street musicians, ice cream parlors and cocktail bars. For more activities, there are hiking opportunities in the mountains or visits to the Terra Mítica or Aqualand theme parks. The area is a paradise for all tastes.
