Sehr netter Kontakt. Wohnung liegt in einer Terrassenwohnanlage in Schwarzenbach. Schöner Blick auf den Weißensee. Leider sind uns doch einige Dinge aufgefallen. Ich schreibe diese nun einfach so runter wie sie mir in den Kopf kommen.Dies soll weder Frech,beleidigend oder sonst negativ rüberkommen. Uns geht es wirklich nur darum Ihnen aufzuzeigen wo man was verbessern könnte,zum einen an Infos zum anderen am Interieur. Natürlich hat man auf den Bildern gesehen das es recht altmodisch eingerichtet ist,das war für uns kein Problem. Leider konnte man ,so zumindest unser Wissensstand, nicht erkennen das die Wohnung nicht in Füssen selbst ist und das sie in einer Terrassenwohnanlage ist. Hätten wir dies gewusst hätten wir uns für eine andere Wohnung entschieden. Bushaltestellen gab es zwar ,aber es kam nie ein Bus. Auf dem Wohnungsschlüssel steht 4 Stockwerk ,aber im Aufzug muss man auf die 3 drücken. Erst nach erfragen beim Hausmeister konnten wir das Thema wo kann man Parken ,wo ist die Richtige Tiefgarage ,und wo kann man den Anhänger hinstellen abhaken. Auch hier ,mit vorab Info wie die gegebenheiten sind hätten wir den Anhänger zuhause gelassen. An sich hat man das Gefühl zu Besuch bei Brigitte zu sein und diese ist gerade unterwegs. Der Teppich vor dem Bett ist einfach fertig und gehört ausgetauscht. Die Matratzen sind massiv unterschiedlich und beide extrem Weich was dazu geführt hat das wir mehr auf der Couch geschlafen haben. Im Bad waren Zahnbürsten und weitere Utensilien die aussahen als wäre man wirklich in einer Privatwohnung. Lüften war schwierig ohne Fliegengitter,da ständig Wespen hereinkamen. Der Balkontisch fällt fast von alleine zusammen. Positiv: Sauber,Bad,viele Elektrogeräte,1Millionen Bücher,Ausblick, Rolläden und Sonnensegel Ich hoffe sie sehen diese Infos als Hilfreich an und können so etwas für die nächsten Bewohner verbessern. Trotzdem vielen dank für den netten Kontakt. Paar +Kind
