Beautiful villa Vili?ka, located in Sv. Filip i Jakov, a place between the city of Zadar and the royal city of Biograd, offers you an unforgettable vacation, where surrounded by unspoiled nature, tranquility and absolute privacy you will enjoy every moment, just a few minutes drive from the city of Biograd. Rustic villa Vili?ka with its luxurious area of 30,000 m2 can accommodate 7 people and has three bedrooms, one of them with two single beds, while the remaining two rooms are equipped with double beds. If you need an extra bed, there is also a sofa bed, which is enough for one more person. Villa Vili?ka has 3 private bathrooms, one of them with a bathtub, the others with a shower cabin and two separate toilets. Other amenities of the villa include a washing machine, an iron and a hairdryer in each bathroom. Fully air-conditioned Villa Vili?ka features a living room with a sofa, a coffee table and a TV. The living room is adjoined by a kitchen with a dining area and a table for 6 guests. This room opens to a spacious terrace that includes a beautiful outdoor bar with two bar seats overlooking the pool, a table with four seats, a swimming pool and a tavern with an outdoor table for eight people and a grill. Next to the tavern, there is a ping pong table and a children's swing for your little ones to have fun. Other entertainment facilities that Villa Vili?ka offers you include table soccer, children's playroom, soccer field and trampoline. For the slightly older ones, there is also a bowling alley where you can play a traditional Dalmatian game in good company. The heated hydromassage pool is 60 m² and has 6 sun loungers and an outdoor shower. The villa is rented all year round and therefore offers you the possibility to relax whenever it suits you and in any season! Younger groups of guests are allowed by prior arrangement.
