Villa Martina is located in one of the most beautiful parts of northern Dalmatia, in a small place called Zaton near the center of Zadar. This beautiful villa is characterized by modern construction, luxurious decoration, isolated location and proximity to the sea. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 8 people and has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with private bathrooms on the upper floor. On the first floor of the villa there is a living room with an additional sofa bed for two people, a modern kitchen, dining room and an additional bathroom. On the first floor there is a laundry room, a closet and a storage room. Other facilities in the villa include a table soccer and fitness equipment, in case you want to spend your vacation in a more active atmosphere. On the spacious covered terrace of the villa there is a beautiful heated pool of 3x7 m and 1.6 m deep with additional equipment such as LED lighting and an outdoor solar shower. Around the pool there are 4 sunbeds and 2 umbrellas. The villa's courtyard is surrounded by a 2 m high wall, which provides complete isolation and enjoyment of privacy and tranquility. In the courtyard of the villa there are two parking spaces and outside the courtyard there are two more parking spaces. The surroundings of Zaton offer several additional facilities that allow for a more active vacation. In addition to the beach 1 km away, where you can swim, dive or fish, in the nearby town of Nin, 1 km away, you will also find a beach with healing mud Peloid. Healing mud was already used in ancient times by Cleopatra and is found in Croatia mainly in this area. Curative mud Peloid contains various minerals such as silicon, calcium, magnesium or iron and is characterized mainly by the fact that it stimulates blood circulation and metabolism, strengthens the immune system and has anti-inflammatory properties. For a more dynamic vacation, there is also an adventure park nearby, which will surely delight even the youngest with contents such as paintball and quad rental. If you like to visit more cultural and historical monuments, do not forget to visit the romantic town of Nin and the city center of Zadar. Nin is home to the smallest cathedral in Croatia, the Church of St. Cross from the 9th century. This city is known for its royal past, as the first Croatian kings ruled there.
