A fully equipped, modern kitchen with a lovely dining area which can comfortably accommodate all the guests and an airy living room complete the interior offer of the villa. You will feel here just like at home.

The villa is located on a fully fenced, 314m2 large plot. The perfectly minimalist courtyard of the villa features a beautiful, heated swimming pool (21m2) surrounded by deck chairs, a garden and outdoor barbecue where you can prepare fresh and tasty meals for your family and friends. The lovely terrace of the villa The Tempera is ideal for relaxing whilst enjoying the amazing view at any time of the day. There are three private parking spaces available.
