On the impressive ground floor of the villa there is a kitchen, dining room and lounge. The modern equipped kitchen perfectly fits the space with a large table for relaxed family meals. Natural light is ensured through a round glass door. The living room area opens onto a terrace for guest entertainment. Soak up the rays and the soothing sounds of nature, while sitting just a few steps from the Adriatic Sea.



Upstairs can be found comfortable bedrooms in bright colours, with large windows providing a mesmerizing view of the island and the turquoise Adriatic. In two bedrooms is a double bed and in the other two rooms, there are two single beds. Each room has a bathroom and additional amenities. In each bedroom, there are air conditioners for year-round comfort.



After a swim in the sea in front of the house, you can relax in the pool with a heating option. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the spacious garden, which is fully enclosed. Additional amenities of the villa include billiard, fitness, games for children and jacuzzi.



If you want to spend your holiday unforgettable, we have concierge service available to guests every day (about 2 hours per day). The concierge, in addition to being available to the guests for any questions, recommendations and advice, also performs additional tasks (cleaning, tidying, changing bed linen/towels, washing dishes, making beds) so that the guests can enjoy their holiday undisturbed. The service is included in the price. The villa also offers the possibility of renting a boat, with an additional charge.



Korčula island is the 6th largest Adriatic island, with many small villages and the famous old town. The old town has been compared to Dubrovnik for its beauty, and historical monuments. Small villages are the choice of those looking for more secluded spaces. Famous Croatian singers dedicated their songs to Korčula to show their enchantment with this island.
