  möblierte Terrasse mit Ost-Ausrichtung großer Wohn- und Essbereich mit Ethanol Kamin, Flat-TV und direktem Zugang zum Balkon hochwertige, offene Küche mit Kühlschrank, Gefrierfach, Herd und Dunstabzug, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Spülmaschine und Kaffeemaschine Wellness-Bad mit Sauna, Whirlpool, Dusche und WC zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (180 x 200 cm) W-Lan Jalousien bzw. Sichtschutz in allen Räumen Fußbodenheizung
 
Die Anreise ist von 15:00 bis 16:30 und die Abreise von 08:00 bis 10:00 möglich.
1 PKW Stellplatz am Haus. Nichtraucherwohnung; inklusive Strom, Wasser und Heizung; keine Haustiere erlaubt.
 
Die oberen Etagen sind auch über einen Fahrstuhl erreichbar.
