Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist schön hell, hochwertig und es war alles da. Es war angenehm ruhig. Vor der Tür ein Parkplatz und zwei Häuser weiter der Weg über die Dünen zum Strand. Auf dem Balkon lässt sich bei guten Wetter gut sitzen und den Blick genießen. Das Schlafzimmer ist durch die Schrägen klein und eng wie ein Zelt: Man kann nur an 2 Mini-Stellen aufrecht stehen, so dass Sport bei schlechtem Wetter dort nicht möglich ist. Im Prinzip hat man daher nur einen Raum (das Wohnzimmer) zur Verfügung. Die 52 qm beziehen sich wahrscheinlich auf die Grundflächen. Davon sind Schrägen und Treppen (EG, 1. OG, 2.OG) abzuziehen, so dass ich eher auf eine Wohnfläche von 30 qm inkl. Balkon komme.
