We are renting out this new and modern apartment for workers, featuring high-end amenities, located on the 1st floor in the middle-right section of our apartment building. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a well-maintained bathroom. The apartment is furnished and includes a TV with access to Netflix and Amazon Prime, free Wi-Fi, a balcony, and a washing machine, etc. <br>The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a coffee maker, an oven, a kettle, and a microwave. Towels and bed linens are, of course, also provided.<br><br>Shopping, bakeries, and restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. The city centre is just a one-minute walk away.<br><br>The Dutch border is easily accessible within a few minutes by car. Access to the A57, A3, and A73 (Netherlands) highways is also convenient. If you rely on public transport, that’s no problem either. Several bus stops are located in the immediate vicinity (150 metres).

Het appartement ligt midden in het centrum. Dichtbij winkels en een bakkerij met hele lekkere broodjes. Parkeren was wat lastig, maar kan gratis bij het station. Vanaf het appartement ook snel in de natuur. Het appartement zelf was praktisch. Alles wat ik nodig had was er. Prima bedden. Bij mij deed alleen de tv het niet goed. Ik had daar zelf weinig last van.
