Von außen sind die Gebäude Hamburg/Berlin sehr veraltet, innen ist die Wohnung aber super. D

Von außen sind die Gebäude Hamburg/Berlin sehr veraltet, innen ist die Wohnung aber super. Der Weg vom Parkplatz durch die Gebäude zur Wohnung ist etwas weit, im Dunkeln nur mäßig beleuchtet und war für meine 80-jährige Mutter etwas beschwerlich. Genialer Ausblick Richtung Steilküste und aufs Meer! Über den Balkon kann man auch die Seebrücke/Südstrand bis zur Mole sehen. Der in der Ausstattung nicht angegebene Geschirrspüler funktionierte einwandfrei. Bad ist recht neu renoviert. Von den Nachbarn hört man nichts, also die Wohnung ist nicht hellhörig. Anfangs gab es einen staubigen Geruch in der Wohnung, der verschwand nach 1-2 Tagen und war vermutlich längerem Leerstand geschuldet. Insgesamt super, gerne wieder.
