Flat at 350m from the Sea with A/C
Beautiful flat completely renovated in 2023 on the first floor of a large villa with garden in the centre of Marina di Massa.
Marina is active also in winter, several small boutiques, restaurants and cafes within walking distance.
Ground floor of the villa - offices with separate entrance. Opposite parking place.
For guests a parking space in the garden - on Friday there is a weekly market in Marina.
The sea and beaches are only about 350m away.
Possible excursions - Lucca, Pisa, Carrara, Florence, Genoa and others.
A very beautiful marble staircase leads to the first floor and the flat door. A very large living room with couch landscape, dining table and TV have access to the balcony and thus enjoy the bright light. Next to it the kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, microwave, oven and 4 burner cooker. Fridge with freezer compartment. The hallway is long and closed off, leading to all rooms with views of the garden. Storeroom. 1 double bedroom, next to it a spacious shower room with WC, a room with a pull-out sofa bed, next to it another shower room with WC and finally a large double bedroom with double bed.
The following might be to be paid extra: Final Cleaning, Tourist tax.
