The semi-detached house, tastefully renovated in 2023 and rather inconspicuous from the outside, is located in a quiet residential street in the artichoke metropolis, just 1.5 km from the first sandy beach. The spacious layout offers plenty of space and individual retreat options for a large family or small group with 2 living areas, 2 kitchens, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. As in the hotel, each double bed can also be divided (each 0.80m wide x 2.00m long). The terrace and the enclosed garden area invite you to relax, sunbathe and enjoy pleasant meals outside. The center and the majestic cathedral, visible from afar, are only about 800m away. From its high tower (162 steps) you can enjoy a wonderful view of the entire region. The pretty sandy beach Kersaliou (1.5 km) is easily accessible on foot, by bike or by car. There are countless designated hiking trails all around. There is a lively market on Tuesdays in St Pol de Léon and Wednesdays in Roscoff. Boat trips to the nearby island of Batz are offered from the nearby port and health resort of Roscoff. There is, among other things, a beautiful palm garden to visit on the island.
