Pros: Gemütliche kleinere Wohnung mit schönem eigenem Garten. Gute, fußläufige Lage zum Ort und Strand und zu Geschäften, aber abseits Trubel. Alles vorhanden, was für FeWo gebraucht wird. Super an Port de Soller: Sandstrand mit netter Hafenatmosphäre + Berge und Natur direkt nebeneinander. Wohnung dazu guter Aushangspunkt. Cons: Das Gebäude liegt rückseitig hin zur Haupteinfahrtsstraße von Soller aus - gedämpfterAutolärm dank Lärmschutzwall.
