This 25 m² studio for 2 guests, located on the first floor, features a bright living area with a 160 x 200 cm sofa bed and all the amenities for your comfort. The fully equipped kitchenette includes a dishwasher, coffee maker, induction hob, and microwave, as well as a modern bathroom with WC.



Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, fan, and Bluetooth speaker. Bed linen and towels are available upon prior reservation, for an extra fee.



The apartment boasts a terrace facing the sea, offering beautiful views of the ocean, Chauveau lighthouse, and the kitesurfing, windsurfing, and wingfoiling spot.



Simply cross the road to reach the beach and enjoy swimming, sunbathing, water sports, or just relaxing by the water.
