Ground floor with toilet and shower, living room with TV, porch and 60 square meter garden. Stunning views of the beach. Fully equipped kitchen and backyard. It has a garage space with its remote control.
VERY IMPORTANT. In July and August, the minimum stay is 14 days. It is rented from 1 to 15 and from 16 to 30. It is not possible to rent other dates. There are 4 complete periods that cannot be fragmented.
