The Hafenperle holiday rental is located in a prime spot right next to the fishing harbour. This spacious duplex apartment, which sleeps up to 6 people and features a hot tub, sauna, and wood-burning stove, has everything you could want and will make your holiday unforgettable!

Come on in! From the hallway, you’ll enter the open-concept living/dining area with a loft. You can unwind and relax on the cosy couch. The fireplace invites you to enjoy cosy moments. The loft provides plenty of light and a spacious, airy feel. The large dining table is perfect for sharing meals and catching up with loved ones. In the fully equipped modern kitchen, you can whip up delicious meals.

The bright bathroom features a shower and a whirlpool tub. The icing on the cake is the sauna, where you can enjoy your very own wellness day.

A bedroom with a double bed is also located on this floor and invites you to enjoy restful nights.

When you go up the stairs, you’ll reach the loft. Here, lounge chairs are available for relaxation. Upstairs, you’ll also find the second bright shower room. Next to it are two additional bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with two single beds—for restful nights. All rooms feature tile or vinyl flooring.

On the spacious balcony with a perfect southwest-facing location, you can enjoy the peace and quiet, the sun, and the fresh North Sea air. Wi-Fi is available! A storage shed is available for your bicycles. There are also some toys there for the little guests.

The parking space is located directly in front of the house. Whether you’re a couple, travelling with the whole family, or on holiday with friends—this holiday rental is an unforgettable destination all year round!

The spacious two-story apartment, with 100 square metres of living space, features a generous and cosy living/dining area with a loft and direct access to a beautiful southwest-facing balcony. To ensure your comfort, the “Hafenperle” features, among other things, a whirlpool, sauna, wood-burning stove, underfloor heating, and fly screens—all in an absolutely dreamlike location in Greetsiel.

Note regarding linens:
Linens are not included in the rental price. We kindly ask that you bring your own bed linens and towels.
If you prefer more convenience, we’ll be happy to provide both upon prior arrangement. In this property, only a complete linens package (bed linen set + towel set) can be booked. The beds will then be made upon your arrival. The fee per package is €20.00. Payment is straightforward and is included with the tourist tax as part of the final payment.
