Gemütliche Wohnung Jantje in Zentraler Lage

This beautiful top-floor apartment is designed to accommodate up to 4 people in a 50 m² living space. It is located right in the heart of Greetsiel in a quiet area. The harbour is about a 3-minute walk away. The apartment was completely renovated at the end of 2020.

Come on in! The Jantje apartment, located in this farmhouse-style building, stands out for its charm and, of course, its location. A staircase leads you to the apartment’s bright entryway. Straight ahead is the living area. Relax on the cosy, like-new sofa set with a cup of tea or coffee. The view of the Greetsiel Canal is magnificent. From there, you can step out onto the small balcony. Here, you can enjoy some peaceful moments and unwind.

Adjacent to the living area, on a small loft, is the dining area. From here, you also have a beautiful view. Next door, the fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking. The holiday rental features one bedroom with a double bed and a large closet, and another bedroom with two single beds and a cot. Both rooms are furnished in the East Frisian style. The newly installed vinyl flooring gives the entire apartment a bright and modern look. You’ll immediately feel at home in the completely renovated bathroom, which features a walk-in shower and modern tiles.

The apartment includes an outdoor terrace furnished with patio furniture. Here you can enjoy the fresh sea air. You can also use the garden shed to store bicycles, strollers, etc. A private parking space is located in front of the house. Your dog is welcome!

Großzügige, fantastisch (nah zum Hafen und doch ruhig) gelegene Wohnung im ersten Stock eines schmucken Hauses. Mein alter Hund musste sich erst in die steile Treppe "einlaufen", aber nach zwei, drei Anläufen lief es wie am Schnürchen. Postkartenausblick vom Balkon zur Kirche, zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig, Parkplatz vor der Haustür. Nette Einrichtung, nicht überkitscht. Danke für eine erholsame Woche!

Sehr schön eingerichtet. Sehr zentral mit Blick auf eine Gracht.Schnell im Zentrum und Hafen. Sehr ruhig gelegen. (nur ab und zu die Kirchenglocken.) Eigener Eingang, 2 schöne Aussensitzmöglichkeiten. Greetsiel selbst ist sehenswert,hat auch viele Angebote dort und in der Umgebung. Kurz gesagt: eine Wohnung, welche zu empfehlen ist! Und sehr nette und freundliche Vermieterin.

Tolle Wohnung in Toplage, leider akuter Nikotingeruch vom Vormieter

Die Lage ist der Wahnsinn. 1 min und man ist in der Fußgängerzone von Greetsiel. Trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig gelegen. Fantastisch! Die Wohnung ist sehr schön saniert worden und schön eingerichtet. Leider hat der Vormieter geraucht. Erst an Tag 4 war es langsam verflogen. Das störte uns sehr. Wir erhielten eine Pkg Duftstäbchen. Mehr konnte man nicht für uns tun.g 4 warnderb

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung in super Lage. Wir waren zu zweit und die Wohnung hat für uns vollkommen gereicht. Die Coach war hübsch aber leider viel zu niedrig und unbequem, so dass wir leider abends dort nicht entspannen konnten. Die Aufteilung der Wohnung ist toll und die Lage unschlagbar. Ein Parkplatz direkt vor der Wohnung. Extra Eingang nur für diese Wohnung. Eine kleine Sitzecke draußen, von der Straße nicht einsehbar wird bei schönen Wetter sicher nett sein. Leider war es dafür zu nass. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen, da es uns im Allgemeinen gut gefallen hat. Vielleicht mit neuer Coach beim nächsten Mal.

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub in Greetsiel. Die Ferienwohnung ist wunderschön eingerichtet, liegt fast im Zentrum und kann von uns bedenkenlos weiterempfohlen werden. Das Gesamtpaket stimmt. Wir hoffen, dass wir nächstes Jahr wieder das Glück haben und diese Ferienwohnung zu unserem Urlaub frei ist.
