Thanks to its excellent and outstanding amenities, Apartment 3 offers an unparalleled stay.
The furniture was custom-made by a carpenter’s shop.
In the living room (34.74 m²), the couch can be comfortably converted into a cosy double bed with a cold-foam mattress. The bed measures 140 x 200.
You can relax on the terrace (8.6 m²). You also have access to a wonderful, partially fenced, and very large private garden (150 m²) with lounge chairs.
The kitchenette is built-in, equipped with Siemens brand appliances, and fully stocked—making self-catering a breeze.
The custom-made fixtures in the bathrooms (5.38 m² and 3.21 m²) are top-notch and impress with their stylish design.
The mattresses in the double beds in both bedrooms (14.87 m² and 11.95 m²) (90 x 200) will ensure you get the quality of sleep you desire in every way.
Before turning in for the night, you can enjoy the two TVs in the bedrooms.
The exterior blinds provide a way to block out the light for a restful night’s sleep.
Ample storage space was also taken into account in the design.
We can offer you a parking space in the building’s underground garage (height limit: 2 m).
A coin-operated washing machine is available if needed.

Yet you’ll find yourself right in the heart of Binz, just a short walk from the charming shops, restaurants, and cafés. And when you hear the Baltic Sea calling, it’s just 300 metres to the beach.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and check-out is from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
