The Space:

Experience the best of style and comfort in our stylish loft flat with its own front entrance. The spacious living/dining area has an open, fully equipped kitchen and invites you to relax. The inviting mango wood dining table by DE EEKHORN seats up to 8 people (in case you booked both lofts...).



The open-plan bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen-size design bed by MOEBE, while in the living area a comfortable sofa bed by KAVEHOME (160 cm wide) ensures a restful sleep. A modern bathroom with walk-in shower completes a pleasant stay.



Enjoy the day on the terrace with a beautiful view of a quiet residential street and let it end in the evening sun.



Guest Access:

You enter the loft through your own entrance. You are the only occupant of the accommodation. Access is by key, which is stored in a key box. Instructions for check-in and the corresponding code will be sent to you shortly before your arrival.



The Neighborhood:

The accommodation is located in the middle of the sought-after Peterswerder district. Old art nouveau houses characterise the streetscape, the gastronomic offers and the proximity to the local recreation area Pauliner Marsch offer a high quality of living.

Public transport is just around the corner, so you can get to the city centre quickly. The Weser River is only a few hundred metres away, as is the Weser Stadium.



Getting Around:

The loft flat is located in a corner building, free parking is available in the surrounding streets.

During Werder Bremen football matches, the area around the Weser Stadium is only accessible to residents from 2.5 hours before the match, and the parking situation is then very tight. Feel free to contact us if you want to know the match schedule!

A tram stop is just around the corner, as well as a bakery and various restaurants or pubs. A supermarket is also within walking distance.



Other Things to Note:

We operate two independent loft flats at this address, but they can also be booked together for larger groups of up to 8 people.



Interaction with Guests:

We do not live in the accommodation, but we are always available for questions and can be at the accommodation in about 30-40 minutes in urgent cases.
