The "Birke" is a small studio with a kitchenette and bathroom with shower. The flat is always ready for occupancy and can also be rented spontaneously for one night. The kitchen-living room, which is well equipped, has a dining table. We are happy to provide equipment for smaller children. The studio has its own entrance. In front of it, there is a seating area for relaxing.
The courtyard invites you to linger and barbecue. Feel free to contact us if you need anything.
Marjoß is located in the Hessian Spessart. The surrounding area invites you to endless hikes, bike tours, mushroom picking, trail running, forest bathing, etc.

There is a large network of hiking and cycling trails in our area.

Marjoß is the oldest pottery village in Hesse and still has two potteries. The village centre is historic and beautiful with its half-timbered houses lining the Jossa river.

In the neighbouring villages you will also find shopping facilities and nice places to stop for a bite to eat.

The Steinau Adventure Park, the Climbing Forest and the Spessart Golf Club can be reached in about 10 minutes by car.

Sand 68 is part of the former historic village pub. The superstructure is new, the lower floor and the staircase in classic half-timbered construction have been expertly preserved. The former village pub has been in the family for many generations. After extensive renovation work, we are pleased to finally welcome holiday guests to Sand 68 in Marjoß again.

Dogs are very welcome here. Our surroundings offer everything a dog's heart desires. Of course, your dog will prefer to sleep in the basket you brought with you rather than on our beds and sofas😉. We accommodate a maximum of 2 dogs in the upper three flats. In the Birke and in the Spessarthüttchen, more dogs are welcome to join you for dog sports and the like. As a rule, we do not accommodate other animals.

Sand 68 has the common rooms and the kitchen of the former village pub. These can be shared or rented on request. The whole house, including the common rooms, can also be rented. Of course, you can also rent only the common rooms for events, celebrations, etc. Please do not hesitate to contact us.
E-cars can be charged at our wallbox. E-bikes can also be charged with their own cable. We offer secure storage for your bicycles, motorbikes, cars or even your horses. We also offer laundry washing and drying facilities. Of course, we also have facilities for small children on request.

Three flats can be reached via the main entrance. The "Birch" has a separate entrance with a small terrace.

Travellers without their own car are kindly asked to familiarise themselves with the public transport connections and the local supply. Home office is also possible thanks to good W-Lan.
