This spacious and modernly equipped holiday home spans two floors and, with its 5 rooms, offers plenty of space for up to 8 people—perfect for families or groups looking to enjoy a relaxing holiday in a natural setting.

On the ground floor, the bright living and dining area with a cosy fireplace forms the heart of the house. The open, fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking together. Adjacent to the living room is a bedroom with a French double bed. The ground floor also features a modern shower room and a pantry.

The upper floor features 3 bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed, and another shower room.

A highlight is the outdoor sauna, which invites you to enjoy a private spa experience.

Two terraces offer either a place to relax or a spot for social gatherings. The private small garden rounds out your personal retreat.

The holiday home includes two parking spaces located directly next to the house.

The visitor’s tax is calculated at the time of booking and is included in the total cost. In the event of changes to local regulations, the visitor’s tax rate may change before your arrival. You are always required to pay the visitor’s tax as calculated by the municipality.
Linens are not included in the rental price. Linen packages (made-up beds, hand towel, shower towel, bath mat—25.00 euros/person) can be booked separately.
If you use the sauna, the electricity (currently 0.50 euros/kWh) will be billed separately based on consumption.
We provide firewood for your fireplace upon arrival, and additional firewood can be purchased if needed.

Thanks to their central location, the holiday homes serve as an ideal starting point for excursions into the Mecklenburg Lake District. Lake Müritz is just a 3-minute walk away, and the tourist centre of Waren (Müritz) is only a 25-minute drive away. Perfect for nature lovers, active holidaymakers, and those seeking relaxation!
