Exclusive vacation home at the idyllic harbor of Tönning

Within walking distance of the idyllic Tönning harbor: family-friendly, exclusive vacation home with four bedrooms. Enjoy your vacation directly at the sea.

Location
Our new vacation home (built 2023) is located in the old town in Tönning, about 200 m from the harbor and about 10 km from the North Sea. The seawater swimming pool and the (green) beach are only about 1500 m away.
St.-Peter-Ording with its beautiful sandy beaches can be reached in about 20 minutes by car (22 km).
Shopping facilities and great restaurants can be found in the immediate vicinity.

Equipment
The approx. 130 sqm vacation home inspires with its bright and modern charm.
The open, very well equipped kitchen offers you an induction stove with extractor hood, a dishwasher, a microwave, a large fridge with freezer compartment, an oven, a Nespresso capsule machine, kettle and a toaster.

The bright dining area invites you to spend pleasant hours in convivial company overlooking the beautifully landscaped, fenced garden.
The guest toilet and the utility room with washing machine and dryer complete the picture.

Via a closed wooden staircase you reach the 1st floor with three bedrooms: The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed (180 x 200), a smaller bedroom with a bed (140 x 200) and the children's room with a loft bed. All windows in the bedrooms can be darkened with pleated blinds.
A highlight is the spacious bathroom with ground-level shower, bathtub, toilet and large sauna.

Another staircase leads to the spacious, bright living area with TV, a cozy sofa corner and a balcony. The master bedroom has another double bed (180 x 200), a balcony and a shower bath.

Garden furniture is available on the sheltered terrace. The fenced garden invites you to linger and barbecue.

The special features
The floor heating throughout the house gives you a cozy feeling of space. Your four-legged friends are very welcome in this house. We are happy to provide you with WLAN. Depending on the time of day, you can use and enjoy three balconies with seating in addition to the terrace.
Your car and bicycles can be safely stored in the garage.

An initial supply of bed linen and towels is compulsorily added to this accommodation and is already included in the final price.
Additional linen packages can be added in the optional services.

Gemütliche und sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit viel Platz für die ganze Familie. Einziger Nachteil, ist aber auch vielleicht nur unser empfinden gewesen: Es gab keinen Schlüssel für die Tür von der Garage zur Wohnung. Gibt einen irgendwie ein komisches Gefühl, auch wenn die Garage zu ist. Aber insgesamt ist alles TipTop! :)

Ein tolles Ferienhaus, in dem es an nichts fehlt. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit schönem kleinen Garten und in Top Lage nur wenige Meter vom wunderschönen Hafen mit tollen Kaffees und Restaurants entfernt. Ein super Ausgangspunkt für viele Unternehmungen in der Gegend. Wir haben es sehr genossen und kommen bestimmt wieder!

Sehr schönes, großes und toll eingerichtetes Haus. Alles war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Haushaltsgeräte und Ausstattung sind alle vorhanden und lassen keine Wünsche offen. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und die Betten bequem. Sehr schön angelegter Garten in ruhiger Lage. Die Lage in Tönning ist super. Der Hafen und Markt sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Ein sehr schönes Haus im guter Lage. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und fast wie im Neuzustand. Im Dachgeschoss wäre eine Klimaanlage notwendig, wenn die Temperaturen über 25 Grad steigen. Außerdem empfehlen wir Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern und Türen.

Großes Haus in guter Lage

Das Ferienhaus ist aus dem Jahr 2023, modern, sehr groß und sehr sauber. Es bietet reichlich Platz für eine (große) Familie und auch für alles, was man so mitbringt. Sehr gepflegt, gute Betten und gute Lage: mitten in Tönning und doch ruhig. Bei allem, was uns gut gefiel, gibt es leider aber auch einige Punkte, die uns gestört haben und wo Luft nach oben ist, wenn sich über die Jahre vielleicht alles etwas mehr eingespielt hat. Die Garage war für unser Auto gerade so passend, beide Nachbarn jedoch konnten diese nicht nutzen, weil die Autos aufsetzten. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit, die Zimmer zum Schlafen wirklich zu verdunkeln. Es fehlen Vorhänge oder Rollos, sodass man auch im Sommer in einem dunklen Raum schlafen kann. Leider fehlen außerdem sämtliche Vorrichtungen, um die vielen Fliegen und vor allem Mücken draußen zu halten, es gibt keine Fliegengitter oder Ähnliches, wodurch Lüften teils zur Plage wurde. Leider muss man viel, viel lüften, weil insbesondere im Obergeschoss die Wärme/ die Luft steht. Es war schon bei 20 Grad Außentemperatur kaum auszuhalten und wirklich stickig. Die Gartenmöbel waren für unseren Geschmack sehr unbequem, keine Liege und außerdem schade, dass alle Stühle in der Garage standen und wir auf all den (schönen) Balkonen erstmal alles selbst einrichten mussten. Der Garten bietet keinerlei Privatsphäre, was uns nicht so gestört hat, aber das sollte man wissen, bevor man bucht. Gefehlt haben außerdem ein Sonnenschirm sowie ein zweiter Schlüssel

Hallo Nordsee Team, Wir fahren alle zwei Jahre in den Norden weil wir Familie in Hennstedt haben. Gerne besuchen wir Friedrichstadt, Husum, u.s.w. Unser Aufenthalt in Tönning war wunderschön genau so wie unser Ferienhaus. Das einzige wo uns gestört hat, war dass in verschiedenen Reastaurants nur Bar bezahlt werden kann, oder nur mit einer Deutschen Girokarte. Das finden wir unmöglich, nicht jeder Tourist hat eine Deutsche Girokarte. Es kann nicht sein dass ein Tourist zum Geldautomaten laufen muss um sein Essen zu bezahlen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen FU

Tolles Ferienhaus

Wir haben eine Woche hier in Tönning verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gute Lage für Ausflüge in der Umgebung. Meine Frau hatte leider eine Liege vermisst. Die Bäder Traumhaft, genauso wie die Sauna. Den Grill konnten wir wegen dem wechselhaften Wetter nicht benutzen das war schade, aber es gibt ja genug Restaurants in der Umgebung. Das Dreilande Restaurant ist sehr zum empfehlen. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Wir haben uns in dem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Erholung pur. Highlight ist die Sauna. Die Unterkunft ist hervorragend, sehr modern eingerichtet, hell und freundlich, alles sehr hochwertig. Viel Liebe zu Details. Es fehlt an nichts! Nur ein paar Schritte zum kleinen Hafen mit tollem Café, Restaurants und Fischgeschäft.
