Localização maravilhosa!!!! Apartamento muito aconchegante ótimo para ficar em família. Fomos em 3 pessoas espaço suficiente para mão pessoas ficará apertado mais da. Tudo próximo se não quiser não precisa usar o carro pra nada. Amei o lugar e com certeza iremos voltar. Valeria e Nilda super nos atendeu super bem e a todo momento. Só precisa arrumar as TVs a do quarto liga e desliga imediatamente não conseguir ver tentamos ver se estava programado pra desligar mas não deu certo. A da sala perde o sinal o tempo todo e tbm não conseguimos assistir, mas só pude perceber um dia antes de ir embora pq acabamos passeando tanto que não via TV aí qd resolvemos ver deu esse problema. Mas acredito que seja que wsta programado e não soubemos mexer mas e bom verificar pra quem gosta de ver TV. Obrigada por tudo foi maravilhoso

O ap é bem localizado e confortável para uma família de 4 pessoas. A locatária é bem simpática. O prédio tem boa infraestrutura. Em dias chuvosos, é ruim para secar roupas, pois não há área e nem varal no ap. Sugiro deixar disponível um varal de chão, pois as roupas de praia estão sempre úmidas.

Excelente estadia em cabo frio. A proprietária (Valéria) é muito solicita e reta . O contato foi fácil desde o check in até o checkout. Quem nos recebeu com as chaves do imóvel foi a Nilda ,que tbm é uma pessoa muito agradável. Apartamento confortável,arejado e com uma bela vista da praia. recomendo a todos.

Apartamento conforme anunciado, muito bem localizado e com acomodações boas, ambiente tranquilo de frente para o mar e de frente para feirinha.
