The rental price must be paid by bank transfer. In addition to the rental price shown, the following fees apply:

- Booking fee €51
- Registration fee €5/person
- Bed linen/towels €15/person/set (obligatory)
- Deposit €300 (refunded within 1 week of departure)

The rental price includes 85 kwh/week for electricity (extra consumption must be paid extra - payable in cash on departure).

From November to March, the fees for electricity, water and gas are to be paid in full according to consumption.

The apartment was completely renovated in 2022 and offers every comfort.

It is located on the 1st floor of the well-maintained Torre Almadraba holiday complex.
In the lower area there is a living-dining room (with air conditioning) and electric fireplace, cozy balcony with sea views and a view of the gardens, 1 kitchen (with dishwasher), 1 toilet;
On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms (each with air conditioning and TV) - one of them with a balcony - both with sea views, 1 bathroom.

The complex has 2 large pools; There is a car parking space on the enclosed property. Internet via WiFi, electric paella pan, Netflix and Primevideo available.

Beach and restaurants in the immediate vicinity, small supermarket within walking distance, good bus connection to the center of Denia.
