Apartment 4 is a 2-room holiday rental located in the attic (2nd floor). It offers approximately 47 m² of living space and is ideal for 2 adults with 1 child. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed in Apartment 4.
The apartment is laid out as follows: Bedroom (14 m²) – furnished with a double bed (1.60 x 2.0 m),
a convertible armchair (0.80 x 2.0 m), and a TV connection.
Open-concept kitchen/living room (approx. 20 m²) with an integrated glassed-in balcony (4 m²), pull-out couch for 2 people (1.60 x 2.0 m), dining table for 4 people, kitchenette with refrigerator, 3-burner ceramic cooktop, sink, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, dishes, TV, radio. Hallway and shower room, each 4 m².
For groups of more than 3 people, 2 sleeping arrangements are available in the kitchen-living room (which serves as a walk-through room to the bathroom and toilet).



Built around 1910 and completely renovated in 2000, Villa Rügen is conveniently located in the Baltic Sea resort town of Binz; the beautiful Baltic Sea beach is just a 3-minute walk away. Since summer 2009, the half-timbered house Anna (on the same property), located directly next to the Binz spa park, has been available for booking following extensive renovation.
The holiday apartments offer a beautiful view of the old Granitz beech forest or the spa park. You can reach Granitz and the spa park in 1 minute on foot. The fine-sand beach of Binz Bay or the town centre is a 3-minute walk away. Schmachter Lake or the pier is a 4-minute walk away.
