Die Wohnung ist hell und stilsicher mit neuer Technik eingerichtet. Der Zugang zu Fernsehprogrammen war unkompliziert. Mindesrens ein Parkplatz vor dem Haus war immer frei.- Mehrmals täglich mussten Sitzgelegenheiten von der Fernsehecke im ersten Schlazimmer zum runden Esstisch im zweiten Schlafzimmer und zurück getragen werden.- Im Dunkeln ist der Weg ins "Souterrain" und zurück riskant (funzeliger, spät reagierender Bewegungsmelder und zu kurze Handläufe -- Sturzgefahr).
