For what this place was it was great. Two bedrooms, a nice size common area and kitchen space. The bathroom is awkward around the toilet, but fine. Neighborhood has eveeything you need. Being on the 2nd floor is a plus the building is a walk up. Host was great responded fine.

Communication was very odd. It was to the point where we were convinced that we were scammed. The place ended up being available and nice. Good deal for the area. I would rate higher if the communication was better.
