Holiday Home 'Su Pardu' with Private Terrace and Private Garden
The Su Pardu property is located in the town of Capoterra, a few tens of minutes drive from all the most beautiful beaches in the area. In Capoterra you will find all the services and amenities you will need.
Near the house there are supermarkets, stores, restaurants, bars and other services.
La Maddalena beach is only a 5-minute drive away, as is Sa Cardiga and Su Schironi restaurant, one of the best in the area.
In 15 minutes by car you can get to the city of Cagliari, which is very beautiful and full of tourist attractions.
In about 20 minutes by car you will be able to get to Pula, a highly tourist area where there are among the most beautiful beaches in southern Sardinia.
Su pardu house is complete with all the amenities you will need, there is a double bedroom in the loft, a bathroom, a very well equipped kitchen and a nice and spacious courtyard where you can have your meals outside.

Pros: Värdarna vet helt fantastiska dom fick oss att känna oss väldigt välkomna. Sen var boendet helt fantastiskt också. Kommer vi tillbaka till sardinien så kommer vi utan tvekan att boka detta boende igen!☺️

Confort et gentillesse
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine chez Rossella et Massimo, les hôtes sont adorables, la maison est confortable, nous avons bien pu profiter du Sud de la Sardaigne, de la terrasse pour nos petits déjeuners, ainsi que de la mezzanine pour lire en soirée. Nous vous remercions pour tout !
