Built in 1947, this two-story home enjoys the distinction of being one of the oldest in the area. It's a quiet and private piece of property - and entirely fenced, with both drive-in and walk-in gates. Yet it's also mere minutes from some of Portland's most popular spots. You'll be a one-mile stroll from Washington Square, Portland's premier mall, and close to I-5 (two miles), Multnomah Village (three miles), Lewis & Clark College (five miles), and downtown (seven miles).



The property is somewhat of an oasis for nature lovers, with its large yard providing space for children and dogs to play. Set up family games of badminton in the grass and linger on the covered deck for alfresco meals at sunset.



The interior was designed for easy entertaining, with both the living room and the game room offering a wood-burning fireplace, a smart TV, and an enhanced sound system for movie nights.
