The spacious "Sandbank" half of a holiday home is located just 150 metres from the beautiful Baltic Sea, on a quiet cul-de-sac at Schönberger Strand. The property accommodates 8 people in 116 square metres and features a spacious layout and a beautiful, well-landscaped, sunny terrace. Up to 4 dogs are welcome.

On the ground floor, in addition to a spacious living/dining area, there is also a large kitchen-diner, as well as one of the two shower rooms and a storage room. An oak staircase leads to the ground floor, which features three of the four bedrooms—two of them furnished with double beds and one with two single beds. The second bathroom with a shower and an additional bathtub is also located here. On the top floor, the fourth bedroom features a double bed, a sofa corner for an evening of TV, and a stunning view of the Baltic Sea through the large skylight.

The Schönberg pier is located in the immediate vicinity, featuring small shops, snack bars, and restaurants.

Gute Kommunikation mit den Vermieter, sauber und das beste viel Platz. Waschküche, Gartenhaus. Selbst 8 Personen mit Kindern können, Schuhe, Koffer, Jacken, Spielzeug, Buggy verstauen.

Gut ausgestattetes Haus. Das beste ist der Platz. Waschküche, Gartenhaus mit viel Platz. Koffer, Spielzeug, Baggy und und finden Platz und alles sieht aufgeräumt aus. Das ist auch den Amerikanern positiv aufgefallen und die sind groß gewöhnt. Was bei 8 Personen mit Kindern ein Geschenk ist. Die Kinder haben sich sehr über die große Badewanne gefreut.Überdachte Garage, selbst bei Sturm und Regen kommen alle trocken ins Auto. Kommunikation mit den Vermietern problemlos.

Sehr tolles und sauberes Ferienhaus in perfekter Lage. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und alles lief reibungslos ab. Sehr geräumig und modern eingerichtet mit allem, was man braucht. Ausreichend Platz auch mit zwei Hunden. Die Nähe zum Strand ist unübertroffen. Wir werden uns diese Unterkunft sicherlich für unsere zukünftigen Urlaube an der Ostsee merken.

Einfach abschalten und genießen!

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und unsere Erwartungen wurden mehr als erfüllt. Der Strand ist so nah, man kann das Wasser aus den oberen Etagen sehen. Es ist alles ausreichend vorhanden. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Sackgasse. Ich könnte noch so viel mehr schreiben, aber am besten man erlebt es selber. Leider verging die Zeit wie im Flug. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
