Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the apartment Bahía Bonita on the lower level only. Other guests may be renting the other three units. Please reach out if you would like to reserve multiple units or book the entire property.

- Other apartments are located at the property, including upstairs, and may be occupied by other guests. Reach out if you would like to book multiple units to accommodate more guests!



*HURRICANE SEASON - Guests are responsible for monitoring weather conditions and making travel decisions accordingly. Hurricane season in Puerto Rico is from June 1 through November 30.



EXTENDED STAY NOTICE: Reservations exceeding 21 nights are subject to an additional $32 damage protection fee for each additional 21 nights of the reservation. Any applicable fees will be billed separately after booking.



IDENTITY VERIFICATION: To confirm your reservation, the primary guest is required to complete a brief identity verification process, including uploading a valid government-issued photo ID. Verification must be completed prior to check-in.



*RENTAL AGREEMENT - We require the booking guest to digitally sign a rental agreement outlining all house rules once booking is confirmed.



*MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT - Guests must be at least 25 years old to book.



* PARTIES - All gatherings must be limited to 6, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ALLOWED.



* PETS - Pets are not allowed at this property. There is a $500 fee for any unauthorized pets.



*CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.
