Private: small garden (fenced). Terrace (12 m2), garden furniture. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 2.3 km, grocery 2.5 km, supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 2.4 km, bakery 2.2 km, bus stop "les roblins" 400 m, railway station "La Fresnais" 2.5 km, sandy beach "Saint Benoit des Ondes" 5.4 km, thermal baths "Thermes marins de St Malo" 18.5 km.
