Get ready for a relaxing stay for two in this two-room apartment with a ocean view in Timmendorfer Strand, in the Niendorf neighborhood. The ground floor features a breakfast room and an adjoining small kitchen. This cozy apartment has two super-comfortable single beds with new mattresses and gel toppers on the first floor, along with two upholstered armchairs with a table, a Bose sound system, and a large flat-screen TV. A beautiful bathroom with a refreshing shower is right next door. In the evening, guests can enjoy a sundowner on the terrace and watch the sunset—the perfect way to unwind after an eventful day. Whether you’re planning a short getaway or a longer stay, this fabulous apartment offers unobstructed ocean views from every angle and a comfortable, inviting retreat. Our accommodation is equipped for both long and short stays to ensure your vacation is an unforgettable experience.


The travel price does not include final cleaning, bed linens, towels, tourist tax, or a security deposit.

These must be paid in cash on site upon arrival, before the apartment is handed over, to avoid commission fees for every guest.

Security deposit: €300 for the stay; this will be refunded within 8–14 days after departure and final cleaning of the apartment, provided there is no damage.
