Cozy semi-detached house in Kaltenhof. Ideal for 2-4 people with a dog.

Located in Kaltenhof on Bernsteinweg, with a direct connection via the dirt road to the beach at Schwarzen Busch. (approx. 500m)

On the ground floor you will find a bright living room with kitchen, dining table and access to the small terrace with patio furniture.

The living room has a flat screen TV and an open kitchen, making it perfect for sociable family evenings.

A WLAN connection is available.

A shower room with toilet is on the ground floor and another large bathroom with sauna, shower and toilet on the upper floor shortens the cold days.

On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and TV and a bedroom with 2 single beds.
