Perfect for families
Loved it. Complex was great. Outside grill unexpected bonus. Would stay again
Weekend getaway
We loved the location. Our condo was close to the Boardwalk and the lazy river was right outside our balcony. Our stay was very quiet, relaxing and peaceful. The resort is very family oriented. The only problem we had was poor WiFi and phone service.
Family vacation
It was great!! The manager was kick to respond in anything we needed. The room was great and roomy!! We will for sure stay here again next year!!

We have stayed at Destin West Beach and Bay Resort several times, but this was the first that we rented through Destin West Condos. Overall it was a great experience as usual. In particular, we loved that we didn't have to stand in line to check in, but the one downside is that if you arrive early you cannot get your wrist bands to burn time at the pools. The condo was very well stocked and had everything we needed. The kids had a blast, as usual. So it was just very relaxing and working with Destin West Condos was effortless. Three things to note for this particular condo: 1. The living room TV is a model with a known issue where it stops responding to the remote control and button inputs. I attempted to swap out the batteries and it didn't help. So the only way to turn it off (sometimes) is to physically unplug it from the way. Annoying but livable for the most part. 2. The master bedroom pillows need replacing. They offer no support. Minor fix that I believe the condo owner will happily remedy. 3. The condo owners would actually do well to replace the master bedroom bed frame with something smaller. It takes up more room than it needs to in the master, AND it's fully framed so if you bump into it in the night you will regret it. It's cute and fits the theme, But choosing a smaller bed frame would make the room look bigger and more comfortable. Overall, it was a great stay and we will mostly likely be renting through Destin West Condos next year.

700 foot lazy lagoon river on site rafts provided. Located within two blocks of the new Recreation Center and the Convention Center.
