Wir bedauern sehr, dass die Gäste anscheinend nicht alles so vorgefunden haben, wie sie es gerne erwartet hätten. ABER: Jeder Gast erhält mit den Reiseunterlagen eine Hausordnung, in der folgendes vereinbart wird: Überprüfen Sie unmittelbar nach Ihrer Ankunft das Haus auf Mängel und melden Beanstandungen unverzüglich der Hausverwaltung. Diese hat den Auftrag, die Beanstandungen zu beheben, bzw. dem Hauseigentümer zu melden, soweit die Mängelbehebung nicht von der Hausverwaltung möglich ist. Beanstandungen wegen der Sauberkeit sind ausschließlich unmittelbar bei der Übergabe des Hauses bzw. am Anreisetag der beauftragten Person der Hausverwaltung mitzuteilen. Spätere Reklamationen (z.B. am Abreisetag) können nicht anerkannt werden! Daher bedauern wir, dass die Gäste sich nicht gemeldet haben, damit wir für Abhilfe hätte sorgen können.
