A sauna, a fireplace, and a 2,600 m² lot—nestled among a cluster of thatched-roof villas. Completed in January 2015, the Babette Beach Villa can accommodate up to 12 people in 260 m² of living space, divided into two exclusive half-houses. Identical in their solid construction, each half offers exclusive holiday space for up to approximately 6 people and is suitable for families as well as being ideal for friends or acquaintances.

Pets are allowed for a fee (€10/night & pet cleaning fee of €35/booking), but with the following restrictions: 



- Max. 1 pet per holiday rental
- House-trained & well-behaved (pets are not allowed on upholstered furniture or in beds)
- Child-friendly
- Dogs must be kept on a leash throughout the entire property
- Dogs are not permitted to relieve themselves on the property
- Dog owners are required to immediately clean up after their dogs themselves

Cosy 3-bedroom semi-detached house for up to 6 people—ideal for families in Lobbe, right on the Baltic Sea. Additional costs: visitor’s tax (seasonal).

A special highlight is the fireplace, visible from three sides, which provides cosy warmth and a very special atmosphere on cool evenings. Please note: Firewood is not included in the rental price—you’re welcome to bring your own or conveniently purchase it in the surrounding area.

Everything is taken care of: a cinema experience on a 48-inch TV with 3D capability and a Blu-ray player for the ultimate film enjoyment. This makes watching films a real treat!

Bright, spacious living area with high-quality furniture and a fireplace, adjoining a fully equipped high-gloss designer kitchen featuring a DeLonghi fully automatic coffee machine and a kitchen island, 3 elegant bedrooms with extremely comfortable box-spring beds (one bedroom features an additional TV), 1 guest bathroom with a shower, and 1 en suite bathroom with a rain shower and a Finnish sauna.

The living areas are ventilated via a PLUGGIT system, which combines fresh air and gentle warmth to create a harmonious, comfortable atmosphere.

The entire ground floor features radiant floor heating, as does the large bathroom on the upper floor.
A washing machine and dryer are included as part of the exclusive amenities, as are 2 parking spaces per half of the house.
