The 60 m² accommodation is suitable for 2 people and consists of an open living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a comfortable box spring bed (180 x 200 cm) and extra-large bed linen, as well as a bathroom with a spacious shower and plenty of storage space. A shower stool can be provided upon request. Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, dishwasher, microwave, and washing machine. You will find a parking space directly next to the front door.



The apartment also features a comfortably furnished, partially covered west-facing terrace for relaxing outdoors, with an adjoining private garden for your exclusive use. You can securely store and charge your bicycles in the garage.
