Geräumige Wohnung auf dem Land mit Mängeln

Wir (vier Erwachsene, ein Kind) haben die Tage vor und nach Silvester in dieser Wohnung verbracht. Sie ist sehr geräumig und bot uns mit drei Schlafräumen den gewünschten Platz; jedoch kaum Komfort. Leider gibt es in der Wohnung einige Mängel - einige sind optischer Natur (z.B. fehlende Fußleisten, offene Bohrlöcher oder schlecht gestrichene/ausgebesserte Wände), andere beziehen sich auf die fehlende Ausstattung (z.B. nur vier Messer) und Sauberkeit (z.B. nur Handfeger, kein Besen o.ä, viele Spinnweben, Spinnen und Silberfische). Die Gegend rund um das Objekt ist ländlich und bietet mit der Nähe zur Schlei großartige Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Alles in allem könnte die Wohnung durch geringen Geldeinsatz enorm aufgewertet und so das Erlebnis deutlich verbessert werden. Über einen Hinweis im Vorfeld, dass es sich um eine Monteurwohnung handelt, wären wir dankbar gewesen.
