Ferienhaus "lechsee"

The family-friendly holiday home “Lechsee” is cosy and furnished to a high standard with tasteful, well-maintained furnishings.
It is situated in a quiet, idyllic location right next to Lake Lech at the edge of the forest, offering a view of a beautiful pre-Alpine panorama.
It has approximately 84 square metres of living space.

The open-concept living/kitchen area is comfortable, modern, and tastefully furnished in a country house style. A dining area rounds out the space.
The wood-burning stove creates a cosy atmosphere. There is also a separate bathroom on the ground floor.

The east-facing terrace, approximately 15 square metres in size, is accessible from the living room.

A staircase in the living area leads to the upper floor, where you’ll find a bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as two bedrooms. Each of the two bedrooms opens onto the balcony, which also faces east. Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe.
The bedrooms are equipped with a power cut-off system to protect against electromagnetic pollution. The bedrooms have been tested for electromagnetic interference and fields according to Feng Shui principles and arranged to create a positive atmosphere, so that you can enjoy a healthy and restful sleep.

The highlight is the in-house sauna, located on the ground floor.

All rooms with tile floors are equipped with regulated underfloor heating. The temperature in the bedrooms is regulated by radiators. The bathroom and toilet are additionally equipped with a fireclay radiator.

The 4 m² outbuilding provides additional storage space and features a washer-dryer, which is available for your use.
Firewood is stored next to the house and can be used in the living room fireplace.

The parking space is located next to the house.
