This brand-new holiday apartment is 35 m² and features a 4-square-meter balcony with a view of the river, a lovely kitchenette with a dining table and 2–3 chairs, accommodating 1–3 people, and 1 bedroom with two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed.
A third person (child 10 years or older) can sleep on a mattress in the so-called loft, accessible via a ladder, with a view of the starry sky through the skylight.

The bathroom features a wheelchair-accessible shower, wall-mounted toilet, hair dryer, towels, a makeup mirror, an iron, and an ironing board.
A coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and kitchen utensils are also provided.
Free Wi-Fi in all rooms and a TV in the living room.
Free parking right next to the house. You have an assigned parking spot for the apartment right next to the house.

Upon request, you can rent a locked garage for a fee.

The washing machine and dryer can be used free of charge, and in the summer, the ground-floor terrace/garden can be used for swimming and relaxing. A charging station for electric cars is available on-site (charging for a fee). If you’re arriving in an electric car, please let us know.

The holiday rental is located on the 1st floor in an idyllic village, 78224 Beuren an der Aach, near Lake Constance, adjacent to a nature reserve. The house was built in 2023; the holiday rental is brand-new, as is the furnishings. The house is located directly on the Aach River, and those who wish to swim in the summer can do so, as there is easy access to the river. For those who want to swim in Lake Constance, the nearest beach is only 10 km away.
