The apartments Pelizzar are set near the picturesque fishing village Vrsar, the special reserve of the forest vegetation Kontija, with many cycling routes, and the Lim bay where there is a fish and shellfish farm.
The apartment was renovated in 2010, has its own covered terrace with sitting area, parking and barbecue.

Apartment for 2-4 guests of 35 sqm consists of air-conditioned living room with sitting corner, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom and shower/toilet. The bedroom has a high ceiling, there was a gallery made with double bed suitable for two children. Please note that this property may accept youth groups on request. Please contact us to check. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or younger. If you are a youth group [or planning a stag/hen party], you may be asked to pay an additional security deposit on arrival. Any sums required to repair damage caused to the property by you will be deducted from the security deposit.
