Dat Ferienhus Norddeich: This cosy and modernly furnished holiday rental (No. 7) is located on the ground floor and has a total living area of approximately 60 m². The apartment includes a living room with a dining area and kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom with natural light and a shower, as well as a large, sunny terrace and an adjoining private garden.

The apartment complex is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac, yet remains very centrally located in Norddeich.

The spacious holiday apartment is equipped with high-quality amenities and features a 49-inch 4K smart TV in the living room with apps such as Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and many more. A highlight of the apartment is the beautiful, modern wood-burning stove. With just a little wood, you can really make yourself comfortable here. An internet radio and a Blu-ray player, complete with a small, up-to-date film collection, are also available for your use. The kitchen is very well equipped with a microwave, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, egg cooker, and plenty of cookware and tableware. In addition, there’s not only a filter coffee maker but also a Tassimo machine.

Another highlight is the garden, as this is the only apartment with a large, private, fully fenced-in garden featuring its own garden shed. Thanks to its southwest-facing orientation, you can enjoy lovely, sunny afternoons and evenings on the terrace. The terrace is furnished with a cosy East Frisian beach chair, high-quality patio furniture, two lounge chairs with a parasol, and a grill. Ideal for pet lovers: The garden is completely fenced in and accessible both from the terrace and via a lockable garden gate from the holiday rental’s car park. Via a private path, only guests of our holiday home can reach Norddeicher Straße after just 50 metres, where you’ll find many restaurants, cafés, and shops. Outside, you also have the option to store your bicycles or other items in your lockable garden shed. E-bikes can be charged for free in the garden shed using the numerous outlets.

The bedroom features a double bed, a large 43-inch 4K smart TV with apps like Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, etc., as well as a nice wardrobe with plenty of storage space. For the third and fourth guests, there is a cosy double sofa bed in the living area that can be unfolded in no time. At night, the living room and bedroom can be completely darkened using roller shades. Additionally, an iron and ironing board, a clothes rack, and a hair dryer are available.

This apartment includes two private, adjacent, paved, and well-lit parking spaces located directly next to the holiday home. Electric and hybrid vehicles can be charged there using our charging stations. We’d be happy to send you more information about this.

Of course, all apartments and the entire outdoor area have free broadband internet via Wi-Fi for browsing and video streaming. In our house libraries, you can borrow books, board games, and children’s games free of charge. In addition, several handcarts are available free of charge, and two washer-dryer combos are available at cost.

This apartment, together with Apartment 8, has its own entryway that is accessible only to guests of these two apartments. This makes both apartments, when combined, ideal for groups of friends or relatives who want to stay together with up to ten people and three cars without sacrificing privacy.

Dogs are allowed in this holiday rental. Cats are not permitted.

Bed linens and towels are not provided in the holiday rental. However, these can be booked as an add-on for a fee.
