The apartment includes a living room with a large dining area and kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a large, sunny terrace on a quiet street.<br><br>The apartment complex is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, yet is still very centrally located in Norddeich.<br><br>The holiday apartment is equipped to a high standard and features a 49-inch 4K smart TV in the living room with apps such as Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and many more. An internet radio and a Blu-ray player, along with a small, up-to-date film collection, are also available for your use. The kitchen is very well equipped with a microwave, ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, egg cooker, and plenty of cookware and tableware. In addition to a filter coffee maker, there’s also a Tassimo machine.<br><br>On the terrace, furnished with high-quality patio furniture, a parasol, and a grill, you can enjoy lovely, sunny mornings as early as breakfast time thanks to its east-facing orientation. Via a private path, only guests of our holiday home can reach Norddeicher Straße after just 50 metres, where you’ll find many restaurants, cafés, and shops. Outside, you also have the option to store your bicycles or other items in a large, lockable garden shed. E-bikes can be charged for free in the garden shed using the numerous outlets.<br><br>The master bedroom features a double bed, a large 40-inch TV, and a beautiful wardrobe with plenty of storage space. The second bedroom is equipped with two full-size single beds (each 200 x 100 cm), a wardrobe, and a 32-inch smart TV. For the fifth and sixth guests, there’s a cosy double sleeper sofa in the living area that unfolds in no time. At night, the living room and both bedrooms can be completely darkened using roller shades. Additionally, an iron and ironing board, a clothes drying rack, and a hair dryer are available.<br><br>This apartment includes a private, paved, and well-lit parking space right next to the holiday home. Electric and hybrid vehicles can be charged there using our charging stations. We’d be happy to send you more information.<br><br>Of course, all apartments and the entire outdoor area have free broadband internet via Wi-Fi for browsing and video streaming. In our house libraries, you can borrow books, board games, and children’s games free of charge. In addition, several handcarts are available free of charge, and two washer-dryer combos are available at cost.<br><br>This apartment, together with Apartment 7, has its own hallway that is accessible only to guests of these two apartments. This makes both apartments, when combined, ideal for families of friends or relatives who want to stay together with up to ten people and three cars without sacrificing privacy.<br><br>Dogs are allowed in this holiday rental.
