The house is situated on an enclosed property where guests have at their disposal an outdoor pool of 32 sqm with hydro massage corner, covered terrace with lounge set, a second one with barbecue and dining table, well-kept garden with flowers, children's playground and parking for two cars.
Villa Milina is set in a quiet place on the outskirts of the village, shops, restaurants and other necessities are 2 km away, in Visnjan or Nova Vas.

Holiday home of 160 sqm on two air-conditioned floors. On the ground floor there is a living area with equipped kitchen, dining table and seating set, a double bedroom with its own shower/toilet and a separate toilet with washing machine. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms, each with its own shower/toilet, two of the rooms with double bed and the third with two single beds. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.

Die Unterkunft sieht nicht nur auf den Fotos, sondern tatsächlich so schön aus. Der Vermieter wohnt direkt nebenan, kümmert sich unverzüglich um alles und ist sehr freundlich und umgänglich. Tolle Strände, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten usw. sind innerhalb von 15 min. mit dem Auto erreichbar, was in unseren Augen völlig in Ordnung ist.
