This spacious holiday house is located in Valbandon, on the famous Fazana Riviera.

Nearby the house you will find one fine restaurant, caffe bar and small shop, while the well-known tourist centre Fazana is only 3 km away. House Sole has a fenced property of 700 sqm on which dominates a beautiful, irregular shaped pool with jacuzzi and covered summer kitchen along with big terrace with table and chairs. Two private parking spaces are also on guest's disposal, as well as two more outside the property.



House itself, can accommodate up to 12 guests, in its three apartment units. In the basement there is one new and fully equipped kitchen with spacious dining room with fireplace, one double bed bedroom and one shower/toliette. On the ground floor there is one more kitchen, dining space and living room with access to the balcony, two double bed bedrooms and two shower/toilet in the hall. On the first floor is one double bed bedroom with aircondition and one bedroom with two separate beds also with aircondition. All the bedrooms on the ground floor and first floor have the access to the spacious terrace/balcony. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
