The apartments Mario are located on the ground floor and the 1st floor of a newly built detached house (2007) in the village Valkarin approx. 6 km from Porec and its beaches.
On the 2000 sqm large garden there's a parking place and barbecue for the guests of the apartments. Next to the enclosed garden of the house passes a bike road which connects Valkarin with Porec (3 km).
Apartment Mario 3 on the ground floor for 4 people, with a living area of 60 sqm. It consists of an air-conditioned kitchen with dining area and living room with sitting set - all in the same space, shower/toilet, one double bedroom with double bed, one double bedroom with single beds, terrace with sitting furniture.

Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Wir haben zwei tolle Wochen in Valkarin verbracht.

Wir haben zwei tolle Wochen in Valkarin verbracht. Danica und Mario sind so herzliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Valkarin ist kleines, ruhiges Dorf unweit von Poreč. Die Wohnung ist für 4 Personen völlig ausreichend, gut ausgestattet und kühl. An allen Fenstern befinden sich Moskitonetze und es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine. Zu der Wohnung gehören eine überdachte und eine offene Terrasse, so dass, wenn man gerade keinen Ausflug macht oder nicht zum Strand ( Max. 10 Min. mit dem Auto) möchte, kann den ganzen Tag draußen verbringen.Ausflugsziele sind relativ schnell , dank der nahen Bundesstraße und Autobahn, erreichbar. Wir können diese Unterkunft weiter empfehlen. Hvala Danica und Mario.
