Think about it

Overall this place was ok. We had issues with the bathroom towels, which were old, thin, and raggedy and the shower curtain, which was way too long causing my little grandson to trip and fall. There was also a strong scent of sewage in the apartment and the street area around it. I had to buy air freshener to stand it. Finally the overall cleanliness of the apartment was not great. I had to sweep and mop several times. The maintenance lady was very, very nice and accommodating but the owner really must improve these points if they want to compete with much better apartments in the area. It was not cheap at all and I think I could have found something much better in that area.

Towels are washed and ironed at high temperature and professionally and are replaced as they deteriorate. The host provided you with new towels, as well as cleaning supplies. The shower curtain was also changed during your stay, so the hosts were always at your disposal and offered solutions to every request. We regret what you say about the smell of the plumbing, this may have been a specific problem in the area. We are sorry if the cleaning did not meet all your expectations. This is done by a team of professionals, who thoroughly clean the property upon departure and arrival of new guests. In these cases you can ask the host to check the condition of the property and to send the cleaning staff to do a review if necessary.
