Lovely modern cottage in beautiful location

We spent 3 nights in this beautifully designed property but wished it was longer. It had everything we needed and more. The sauna was a real bonus when the weather was wet. The views from both terraces were spectacular and we had two barbeques. There were also some lovely walks from the village to nearby lakes. The owners were responsive and very easy to deal with. We would definitely come back!

Gehobene Entspannung in gelungener Architektur

Wo sollen wir anfangen mit dem Lob und unserer sehr guten Bewertung des eifelhausaufzeit? Starten wir mit der Ausstattung und Gestaltung – sie ist top und hebt sich von anderen Ferienhäusern mühelos ab (z.B. Architektur, Grundstück, Comfort, Küche, Sauna). Hervorzuheben ist insbesondere die Sauberkeit – es war alles „picobello“! Rundum haben wir gemerkt, es ist alles perfekt geplant und durchdacht (u.a. Raumebenen/-aufteilung, Gestaltung Außenbereich). Die umfangreiche Küchenausstattung war auf dem Stand der Technik und ließ rein gar keine Wünsche offen. Zur Begrüßung stand darüber hinaus ein umfangreiches Geschenkset mit hochwertigen, regionalen Produkten bereit – eine tolle Sache! Ebenso gab es ein sehr gutes, umfassendes Saunaequipment zur Nutzung vor Ort. Eine sehr gute Idee waren die vielen, graphisch ansprechend und eindeutig verständlich gestalteten Erläuterungskärtchen in den Räumlichkeiten und an technischen Einrichtungen (z.B. Sauna oder Ofen). Die geographische Lage des eifelhausaufzeit ist eine besondere: die Hanglage am Kraterrand des ehemaligen Vulkans bietet einen weiten Maarrundblick, den auch Rehe zu schätzen wissen, die uns ab und zu im Garten besuchen kamen. Sehr praktisch war auch der direkte Zugang zu diversen Wanderrouten (u.a. Immerather Maar, Strohner Märchen, Pulvermaar). Nicht zuletzt zu erwähnen ist die sehr zugewendete Kommunikation der netten und zuvorkommenden Vermieter. Insofern war unsere Woche im eifelhausaufzeit ein echtes Highlight.
