Guests staying in the suite enjoy complete privacy with their own dedicated driveway and private entrance through the back of the home, ensuring no interaction with anyone in the separate upstairs unit.

Inside, you'll have exclusive access to the entire basement level, including a fully equipped kitchen, private living area, coffee kiosk, and an in-unit laundry room.

Please note that there is one locked storage closet located near the laundry room. This closet is reserved for cleaning supplies and property maintenance equipment and is not accessible to guests.

Please Note: Separate Main-Floor Living Space (Not Included with Your Rental)

This property includes a separate, self-contained living space on the main floor that is not shared with any part of the basement suite . It has its own private entrance from the front of the home and may or may not be occupied by a tenant during your stay.

SECURITY FEATURES
The property is equipped with one Ring Doorbell camera that faces the driveway and one Ring Flood Light camera at the rear. Both cameras are actively recording video and audio. The interior stairwell between units is secured by two locked doors with alarms. Tampering with or attempting to access these doors is strictly prohibited.

HOUSE RULES:
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM
NO SMOKING or vaping inside the house! An extra cleaning fee of up to $500 may be applied if smoke odor is detected after checkout.
Max NUMBER OF GUESTS: 3 guests.
No parties allowed.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY: By booking, all guests agree to indemnify and hold the host harmless from any claims, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from injury, illness, unexpected death, or damage to guest property resulting from the use or misuse of the premises. Guests assume all risks associated with their stay and the use of the premises.
